Dog Training Club Ohio

Dog trainingThe name of our club is the Dog TRaining Club Ohio. The reason our club was created is to encourage and promote the owning, training, and exhibiting of pure-bred dogs and to do all in it's power to protect and advance the interest of all breeds of pure-bred dogs. Our club conducts training classes for members and the general public and holds sanctioned matches and obedience trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club. We always encourage sportsmanlike conduct in competition at obedience matches and trials. The Dog Training Club Ohio operates as a non-profit organization.

Our club conducts public dog obedience classes year around through The Columbus Parks & Recreation Activities Department. Go to the Classes pages to see a complete listing of when we are holding classes. Classes are open to Pure Bred and Mixed breed dogs. Visitors are welcome at the classes but please do not bring your dog unless you are enrolled in a class.
